Expert information succinctly written for ease of use.
Abundant use of bulleted lists and short tables, for quick access to comparative information.
Presents evidence-based sources for practice when available, either through research or best-practice guidelines.
Completely up-to-date in light of the H5N1 emergence and spread.
Useful addresses and websites appendix provide additional resources for the physician.
Updated epidemiology regarding H5N1.
Revised discussion about the relevance of the potential impact of H5N1.
